New Francis hydropower plant 350 kVA installed in Italy

We have successfully installed and commissioned a new 350 kVA Francis hydropower plant in Italy.
The new water turbine has attracted exceptional attention due to its unique combination of blue and orange colors, which give it both strong recognizability and visual appeal.

Refurbishment of two Francis turbines 2.1 MW and 0.9 MW

We carried out a complete refurbishment of the turbines and rotors, replaced the shafts and bearings, installed new generators and new cooling systems, and renovated the hydraulic units and pre-turbine valves. We supplied and installed a valve with a hydraulic regulator and performed an upgrade and modernization of the overhead crane.

Double-regulated vertical Kaplan hydro turbine for operation in salt water

The vertical double-regulated Kaplan turbine is designed for reliable operation in salt water and is used as a reference installation in Azerbaijan. Made from special corrosion-resistant materials, it ensures long service life. The system includes a 350 kVA synchronous generator and SCADA control. Characteristics: 350 kVA synchronous generator, SCADA automation, head H = 4.4 m, flow rate Q = 8.0 m³/s.

Vertical Pelton turbine 1.724 kW

A new hydropower plant in Europe uses a vertical Pelton turbine with a rated power of 1,724 kW. The turbine operates with an exceptional head of 324 m and a flow rate of 0.60 m³/s, which enables high efficiency in converting the potential energy of water into electrical energy. The 484 mm runner ensures optimal rotational speed and stable operation of the unit.

New hydropower plant with a crossflow turbine

A new Siapro hydropower plant is operating in Japan, equipped with a patented flow-control system that increases turbine efficiency by up to 5%. The solution is based on proven Banki (crossflow) technology and delivers higher efficiency, low operating costs, and long service life.
